Dr. CONNELL P. WISE, DDiv
February 9, 1990 ~ July 29, 2024

With heavy hearts, we share the sad news that our associate Connell Wise passed away unexpectedly at the age of 34. Connell was a real joy to work with and helped and supported many people along the way. A mentor to many, Connell will be greatly missed! Involved in so many activities and organizations, he compiled quite a list of accomplishments.

Dr. Connell Wise, DDiv, was the Founder & Managing Partner of CW&A, LLC (Connell Wise & Associates, LLC). Wise was an Industrial-Organizational Generalist, Certified Financial Social Worker, Counselor, Certified Public Bookkeeper, Private Investigator, Master Executive Coaching Professional (MEXCP) and a Certified Global Business Development Specialist.

In 2017, Wise worked for United States Senator Michael D. Brown (D-DC) as his District Director on the Statehood Commission as part of DC’s fight for admission into the republic as the 51st state.

Connell was granted the Honorary Noble title of Baron by Prince-Regent Michael of Sealand. He had the honor of being a member of the Forbes Coaching Council, International Association of Professional Executive Coaching, American Association of Small Business Consultants and the National Small Business Association on its Leadership Board.

He was the Founder & Chairmen of the International Council on Trade & Development, an international nonpartisan organization that promotes free trade throughout the North American, Central American, African, Indian Ocean and Asia regions.

Connell was also a former District Staff Officer in the United States Coast Guard (Auxillary) and attended the U.S.Coast Guard Auxiliary University Program.

Throughout the past decade, he served in various positions in government such as in the White House under the Obama administration, the Boston City Council and the Executive Office of the Mayor of Washington, DC.

A lifelong learner, Connell held three degrees: Dual Executive MBA and Master’s in International Trade at the European Business School of Barcelona (ENEB) and Academic. Wise was also a member of the DC Black MBA Association, National Association of Black Psychologists, National Association of Black Accountants and Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. He also pursued a Certificate in Global Business from the Harvard University Online Business School and a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies.
